Clifton Lynn Andrews, 53, of Carthage, TX, passed away on Sunday night, Jan. 16, 2022, in Bossier City, LA. He was born on Oct. 26, 1968, in Carthage, TX to the late Charles Ray and Willie May Manshack Andrews. Clifton worked as a heavy equipment operator in the pipeline industry for Capco, Inc. He loved fishing and playing the guitar. Clifton lived all of his life in Panola County and attended Faith Assembly in Carthage.

He is survived by his children, Samantha Andrews, Daniel Andrews, Adam Andrews and wife Sadie, and London Andrews; the mother of his children, Melissa Andrews; siblings, Darrell Andrews and wife Joan, Beverly Hodge and husband David, Tracie Gaetz and husband J. Allen, and Stacy Andrews; grandchildren, Zoey, Emmalyn, McKenzie, Harlow, Cameron, and Parker; aunts, Carolyn Hodge, Janie, Mary Stephens, and Betty Stephens; and uncle, Donny Andrews.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 20, 2022, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Tommy Woods officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home prior to the memorial service.

Honorary pallbearers are David Hodge, Marvin Ritter, Darrell Andrews, Jamie Andrews, Curtis Walker, Jody Youngblood, Billy Downing, and Tim Dickerson.
