Mrs. Carmen Jean Andrews, age 61 years of Carthage, Texas passed away on Friday, May 5, 2006 at her residence in Carthage. Interment was held at Reeves-McMillan Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.
