Carlos Eduardo Garcia, Jr., age 36, of Carthage, TX, passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2020, in Carthage. He was born on Feb. 19, 1984, in Brooklyn, NY to Carlos Eduardo Garcia, Sr. and Olga Nelly Pedroza. He married Heather Nicole Vaughan on Sept. 6, 2015, in Bay City, TX. Carlos worked at McDonalds and at Subway in Carthage. He was a Christian.

He is survived by his wife, Heather Garcia; children, Carlos Sebastian Garcia and LillyAnna Nicole Garcia; parents, Carlos Eduardo Garcia, Sr. and Olga Nelly Pedroza and husband Carlos; step-children, Dakota and Brandon Maxey, Micah Linzay, and Shawn Bundy; brother, Sergio Garcia; and grandmothers, Marta Bravo and Olga I. Zavalla.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
