Brenda Charlene Brunson, 70, of Midland passed away on Monday, August 15, 2022 in Dallas. She was born March 7, 1952 in Carthage, Texas to Jim and Imogene (Mason) Brown. She loved all things to do with nature especially flowers and desert rose plants. In her spare time, she could be found watching the Hallmark and Lifetime channels and even checked out Netflix from time to time. In her younger years she enjoyed playing the piano and helping care for her children and grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Rev. Roland Kim Brunson; daughter, Deanna Brunson; daughter, Dana Holt (Erick); son, Jeremy Brunson; sister, Regina Porter (Roger); sister-in-law, Kathy Brown; grandkids, Bradley Turner, Brent Turner, Miles Turner, Marshall Turner, Madyson Turner, Abby Holt, and Mason Holt as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and loving extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Imogene Brown; brother, David Brown and grandchild, Mckenzie Turner.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 20, 2022, at Six Mile Cemetery in Carthage, Texas.
