Brayden Alexander Morton, 24, of Gary, Texas, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2023, in Panola County, Texas due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born on March 29, 1999, in Nacogdoches, Texas. Brayden graduated from high school in Quinton, Oklahoma with the class of 2017. He attended Neumont College of Computer Science in Salt Lake City, Utah and was 6 hours shy of earning his Bachelor's Degree. Brayden lived in the Gary area most of his life and was of the Baptist faith. He loved to fish.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Mandy and Brian Irving; grandparents, Renita and Doug Baker, Lauree and Chris Morton, and Mary and Doug Irving; great-grandfather, Dude Barr; siblings, Dawson, Zackary, and Makayme Irving; aunt and uncle, Pam and Keith White and their children, Brookelyn White and fiancé, Daniel Overstreet and Lizabeth White; uncle and aunt, Doug and Kara Baker, Jr., and their daughter, Annistyn; and numerous other uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Dale Walker officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. on Saturday prior to the memorial service.
