Brandon Christopher Guill, 32, of Carthage, passed away on Monday morning, Feb. 1, 2016, in Carthage. He was born on Oct. 29, 1983, in Shreveport to Calvin and Jena Kaye Seegers Guill. Brandon graduated from Carthage High School with the class of 2002. He worked as a lead operator for Edge Oilfield Services. Brandon loved riding utv's, working, and spending time with his son.

Survivors include his son, Bryson Christopher Guill of Carthage; parents, Calvin Guill of Longview and Jena Guill of Hallsville; sister, Ashley Shivers and husband Joey of Tatum; grandparents, Ted Seegers of Tatum and Jeannie Perkins and husband Stan of San Antonio; mother of his son, Erica Guill of Carthage; and life-long best friends, Clint Taylor of Fair Play and Taylor Ritter of Carthage.

A memorial visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday evening at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel.
