Bonnie Lynch, 78, of the Deadwood Community in Panola County, TX, passed away on Thursday afternoon, Aug. 18, 2022, at her home in Deadwood. She was born on April 30, 1944, in Mansfield, LA to the late Lawrence and Frances Lovett Cordova. Bonnie graduated from Logansport High School in Logansport, LA with the class of 1962. She married Roy Leon Lynch on July 21, 1983, and he preceded her in death on Sept. 19, 1990. Bonnie was a very hard worker and loved taking care of her family. She was also preceded in death by brothers, Lawrence Edward Cordova and Billy Gene Cordova.

She is survived by her sons, Charles L. Taylor and Rodney Taylor; sister, Mary Ann Mihalik; grandchildren, Skye Mullings and husband Jody, Rod DaCota Taylor and wife Rebecca, Jamie Marie Taylor, Carla Anderson and husband Timothy, Frances Taylor, and Avery Taylor; and 9 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 22, 2022, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Daigle officiating. Interment will follow in Deadwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Tatum Taylor, Jax Mullings, Trent Nickerson, Shawn Doyle, Talon Mullings, and DaCota Taylor.
