Graveside services for Mrs. Bobbie Jo Rambo, age 74, of Carthage, TX, formerly of San Antonio, TX, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 28, 2012, at Mission Burial Park North, 20900 I-10 West, San Antonio, with Dr. Dale Reed officiating under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home. Mrs. Rambo passed away on Tuesday morning, July 24, 2012, in Carthage.

Bobbie Jo Graves Rambo was born on August 9, 1937, in Panola County, Texas to John Martin and Madie LaFay Burns Graves. She worked as a school teacher at Northside Independent School District in San Antonio for over 20 years until her retirement. Mrs. Rambo was a member of the Concordia Lutheran Church in San Antonio. She moved to Carthage in 2003, to be closer to her family. Mrs. Rambo was preceded in death by her parents and her two sons, Kevin and Steven Rambo.
