Funeral services for Mr. Blake Richard Hough, age 19, of Carthage, TX, will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 16, 2011, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Dale Reed and Bro. Freddy Mason officiating. Interment will follow in Six Mile Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Mr. Hough passed away on Sunday morning, March 13, 2011, near Carthage.

Blake Richard Hough was born on July 17, 1991, in Longview, TX to Richard Kelly and Susan Joy Gary Hough. He graduated from Carthage High School with the class of 2009. Blake worked in the oil field and was currently employed with Fluid Disposal, Inc. He loved hunting, fishing, and waterskiing. Blake was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Virginia Louise Gary.

Blake is survived by his parents, Richard and Susan Hough of Carthage; maternal grandfather, Lavell Gary of Carthage; paternal grandparents, R.K. and Shirley Hough of Lake Murvaul; one brother, Adam Hough and his fiancé Summer Mullins of Carthage; aunts and uncles, Jayne and Leonard Bell of Mesquite, Judy and Jim Holder of the Snap Community, Belinda and Keith Mobbs of Lake Cherokee, and April Bagley of Carthage; aunt, Joan Chandler of the Snap Community, and uncles, Michael Gary of the Snap Community and Nathon Hough of White Oak.

Serving as pallbearers are Adam Hough, Korey Chandler, Morgan Young, Tyler Sparks, Alex Akin, Tony Rabon, Blake Young, and Robby Tinkle.
