Betty Lou Harris, 74, of Beckville, Texas, passed away Sunday morning, October 5, 2025, at her home in Beckville. She was born on October 13, 1950, in Carthage, Texas to Billy Charles Dailey, Sr. and Mary Lou Thompson Dailey. Betty Lou graduated from Beckville High School with the class of 1969. She married Gay Lynn Harris, Sr. on June 26, 1984, in Carthage. Betty Lou loved spending time with her family and attending her grandchildren's sports events. She also enjoyed collecting and displaying different types of dinnerware plates. Betty Lou was a long-time member of New Prospect Church in Beckville. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sandra Jean Dailey; and son, Greg Evans.

She is survived her husband, Gay Harris; children, Amanda Bragg and husband Ray and Will Harris; siblings, Dianne D. Martin Resta and husband Frank and Billy Dailey, Jr; grandchildren, Tanner Elliott and wife Rachel, Ashlyn Powell, Maegan Powell, Tristan Harris, and Lane Harris; and great-grandchildren, Baylor Wolf and Scottie Elliott.

A private graveside service will be held at Langley Cemetery with Bro. Carl Anderson officiating.
