Funeral services for Mrs. Bessie Marie Page Rich, age 75, of Ashdown, Arkansas, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2009, at Chapelwood Funeral Home Chapel in Nash, Texas. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Tatum Cemetery in Tatum, Texas. Mrs. Rich passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 in a Texarkana, Texas hospital. Local arrangements are under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.

Bessie Marie Page Rich was born December 24, 1933 in Naples, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of the Assembly of God Church in Ashdown, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Prince, one brother, Bobby Kennedy, her parents, Clarence and Pearl Kennedy.

She is survived by one daughter: Cynthia Dorough of Nash, Texas; three sons: Bobby Page of Texarkana, Texas; Troy Page of Texarkana, Texas; Jesse Page of Texarkana, Arkansas; two sisters: Maxcine Martin of Ashdown, Arkansas; Dorothy Ogea of Sulphur, Louisiana; six grandchildren: and six great grandchildren and a number of other relatives.
