Graveside services for Mrs. Barbara Williams, age 67, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 28, 2006 at Shiloh Baptist Cemetery with Brother Donald Scott officiating. Interment will follow the services under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home. Mrs. Williams passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2006 in Carthage, Texas.
Mrs. Barbara Williams was born on June 19, 1938 in Kansas City, Kansas to Walter L. and Alice Hape Ninemire. She graduated from Washington High School in Kansas City, Kansas in 1956. Mrs. Williams married Don Williams on June 20, 1954 in Kansas City, Kansas. She loved riding horses and spending time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Williams had lived in Panola County since 1968 and was a member of the Shiloh Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and two daughters, Sandy Williams and Cheryl Williams who passed away on June 1, 1973.
Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband of 51 years, Don Williams; one daughter, Mary Crippen; two grandsons, Kody Crippen and Kade Crippen all of the Shady Grove Community.
Serving as pallbearers are James Cox, Kevin Petty, John Ulrich, Andy Loftus, Joey McFadden, and Lindy Day.
