Angie Gross, 64, of Gary, Texas, passed away on Tuesday morning, June 6, 2023, in Carthage. Angeline Marie Levy was born on August 18, 1958, in Houston, Texas, to the late Julian Harrison and Mable Marie Primeaux Levy. She graduated from Sam Houston High School in Houston.  After high school, she obtained certificates in Law Enforcement through Texas A&M University.  Angie had a long career in the wrecker business where she owned and operated Angie's Wrecker Service in Houston, and later worked as a dispatcher. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.  Angie was also preceded in death by her husbands, Melvin Georges and David Gross; and sister, Jeanie Arrenedo.

She is survived by her daughters, Sharlett Gross Moore and husband Darien, Melissa McCumber Mullins and husband Eric, and Penny Taylor and fiancé, Cody; siblings, Pat Futch and husband Jimmy, Billy Levy, Timothy Levy and wife, and Mike Levy and wife Brenda; grandchildren, Madison, Tanner, Mason, Tagen, Mechelle, Monty, Hunter, Mackenzie, Liam, and Emmorie Pearl; great-grandchild, River Marie, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

A time of visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, June 9, 2023, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Diabetes Research Institute.
