Angel Mendoza Hervert, 55, of the Grand Bluff Community in Panola County, Texas, passed away suddenly on Wednesday night, December 18, 2019, at his home. He was born on August 2, 1964, in Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico to Norberto Mendoza Ramirez and Alejandra Hervert Rivas. Angel worked for many years in the agriculture business.

Survivors include his wife, Rosa of Grand Bluff and many other loving family members.

A funeral service will be held at a later date in Ciudad Valles, San Luis, Mexico with interment in Jardines de Oxitipa Cemetery. Local arrangements are by Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home.
