A graveside service for Baby Alyiah Chanell Getro, of Carthage, will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2013, at Restland Memorial Park near Carthage with Rev. Kenneth Dixon officiating under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Baby Alyiah passed away on Sunday morning, April 14, 2013, in Marshall. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Robbie Wallace; grandfather, Edgar Junior Getro; and uncle, Johnny Getro.

Baby Getro is survived by her mother, Amber Wallace-Tefsai; father, Travis Getro; grandmother, Donna Getro; grandfather, Teklet Tesfai; uncles, Detric Wallace and wife Princess, Jason Harvey and wife Monika, Gideon Tesfai, Aner Tesfai, Ellzer Tesfai, Steven Getro and wife Anita, and Edgar Getro, Jr.; and aunts, Lisa Minnerly, Dorothy Evans and husband Robert, Tracy Wells, Kelly Reicheneker and husband Michael, Bridgett Getro, Tara Watson and husband Dusty, and JeSherria Wallace. A host of cousins, friends and other family members also survive Baby Alyiah.

Serving as pallbearers are Detric Wallace, Preston Johnson, Steven Cropper and Daron Berry.

Serving as honorary pallbearers are Jason Harvey, Robert Getro, and Dusty Watson.
