Allie Pipkins Greer, age 83, of Palm Springs, California, formerly of Panola County, Texas, passed away on Thursday morning, October 22, 2026, in Banning California. She was born on May 4, 1943, in DeBerry, Texas, to the late Young and Mae Gladys Brown Harris. In 1992, Allie married her childhood friend, Jimmy Lee Greer, and they shared 35 years together before he preceded her in death on January 29, 2026.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Kirthell Roberts officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
